Choral music knows no borders – and sometimes it carries a voice from the other side of the world straight to Varna. Meet Charlotte – the most far-travelled member of “Morski Zvutsi”.
The Journey
Hello, my name is Charlotte Buchman. I am from the United States of America, and this year I am teaching English in Varna at the “Yoan Ekzarh” Fifth Foreign Language High School.
I studied voice at my university in the United States, and I have sung in choir my entire life. I can’t imagine my life without it – and I am so grateful that I am able to join a choir while I’m living in Varna this year.
What “Morski Zvutsi” Gives Me
“I can’t imagine my life without choral singing. I am so grateful to be part of a choir during my stay in Varna.”
